Andrew was very professional and very Knowledgeable about his profession and was able to answer all my questions made my wife and I Felt like someone cared and not just here to make a buck off us. TAndrew was the difference making in this whole business transaction. My wife and I would definitely do business again also we went again and signed up with their service plan because we felt it had great value.

This company has sincerely amazed us with their expertise and quick service at a time when our air conditioning unit quit on us during a heat wave. Their professionalism was outstanding and the knowledge they exhibited was stellar and made us feel like we were in the best hands. Anthony and Guido rocked it today in assessing and rectifying my gas leak! They helped Mama Bear feel safe again in her house with the kiddos, excellent customer service!

We had a delivery guy break a water line while installing a fridge as well as turn off main water and water heater. Lee from Master Plumbing came out within an hour and not only fixed all issues, he went above and beyond and explained how to tell if we had a leak, cleared out the shower heads, told us why one of the toilets was running, talked about the dryer vent issue we have all without charging extra. He even called us back twice to make sure everything was OK. Great guy and perfect customer service. Call these people first and always!

Progressive Service is top notch. Installer Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and explained every detail of the equipment and every aspect of code requirements for the installation.
As important he was a really great guy and a pleasure to talk with.

The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. I would certainly recommend these folks for a system install!

Wow, what a fantastic company John’s Plumbing is! Through their longtime name recognition I called them to install a Toto Washlet that I’d purchased online. The young man who did the work was very polite, pleasant and extremely efficient. A few days later I found that I needed to have someone come back because there was a problem with the new system. John’s Plumbing promptly sent someone who discovered that the item itself was defective and he uninstalled it at no charge to me. But even better, John’s Plumbing was generous enough to schedule a return visit to install the replacement Washlet and since I was only marginally successful in getting the manufacturer to refund me the original cost of installation (of their defective product) the management of John’s Plumbing offered to reinstall the replacement at no additional charge! This was indeed above and beyond any service I have ever received from any outside contract services and I did insist on paying them the small amount that I was able to recover from the manufacturer. I am just so very pleased with the professionalism and personal attention that I have received from all of the staff that I’ve dealt with at John’s Plumbing. What a privilege it is to write this review and share it with anyone who is looking for absolutely the best in the business. I’m simply delighted!

Greatest place ever

I was fortunate enough to have Joseph S. come out and handle the start of my maintenance contract today. Not only was he professional and polite but he was very good at explaining what he saw and recommended. I could tell that he did his work very thoroughly and cared about doing it right. Not only was Joseph good but the company has a good system in place as well for documentation. I've worked with them before in a commercial setting and was just as pleased with their service then as I am their residential service. Thanks for the help!

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.

I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.
