It took extensive probing to locate the source of the leak. My water loss was coming from the supply line between the meter and the house. I was very impressed with their professional knowledge and ability to track the leak and fix the problem. CoreTech provided great service at a reasonable price. I give them 5 Stars and would not hesitate to call them again.

Richard was an excellent help on the filters. He was able to walk us through what needed to be done and the inspection was very quick.

Have been a Williams HVAC customer for over 3 decades and in the middle of a sudden heatwave, my A/C stopped cooling. Despite Covid, Ken Williams brought me a stand-alone A/C unit (after normal business hours) that cooled and dehumidified my living space within a matter of hours, allowing me and my pets to reclaim our enjoyment of life (read breathe easily again - I have asthma and none of us are spring chickens) until a compressor can be found and installed. HUGE shout out to Ken and the staff whose patience and persistence I’ve appreciated for decades but wanted to showcase here. Hire this company to solve your HVAC problems!

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

I’ve used HD plumbing when I’ve needed a plumber for 3 jobs so far. Will keep using them in the future. Easy to talk to and they get the job done. Make sure you have a written estimate before having the work done. Too many scammers in the area. I’m glad to have found this great company.

CJones employees are very professional and great to respond. I highly recommend them for any plumbing services. Many coworkers and myself have used CJones for service plumbing and the service dept is prompt, professional, and quick to respond. They help explain issues and how they properly need to be handled/taken care of.

For a second time, we needed our granddaughter's tree swing hung and Shane came through for us again, driving from Greensboro to Burlington, even going the second mile and trimming limbs that were in the way, all while it was storming !! He even took a couple of swings for himself just to insure its safety. That's service !!

I highly recommend All Plumbing Services of the Triad. Sunder ended up fixing a plumbing problem we had at our house that multiple plumbers couldn’t figure out. He was always on time and had time to answer any questions or concerns we had. He gave a written out estimate that detailed everything that was to be done and the price estimate. We felt that price was fair especially given the quality of service you receive.

Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Finally feeling recovered enough from that experience to share with the world that working with this company was absolutely awful. There are so many fantastic plumbers in the Triad, go hire them and not this company.

Always seem to be using the lift in the aisle I need to go in.

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.

Everything about this experience was excellent from the time I called, to the booking, follow-ups and installation. They were able to answer all my questions and get me a quote, scheduling was easy, they notified us when they were on the way, did a great job on the install, and cleaned up everything. Everybody was polite and pleasant to work with and they made sure the range was installed exactly to the manufacture's spec and code. I will definitely call on them again if we need service.
