We had a pipe leak in our kitchen. There was water all under the kitchen sink cabinets and some on the floor when we woke up this morning. Had no idea what caused this, just knew it had to be fixed and we needed a professional to do it. I called Sav-On Plumbing and they sent out Tom, who's the owner. This guy was awesome. Not only was he nice and professional, he took care of the situation and now the leak is fixed. Would definitely recommend these guys to family and friends.

Roger had pre-diagnosed my issue by what I described to him and came prepared with the part needed to make the repair-- always a pleasure to work with him

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.
