The office staff is outstanding the lady that works in dispatch and Yolanda both of them answer the phones and they're very professional I'm sorry for that the lady that works in dispatch and then of course you have Tim was a excellent manager came out and explain the repair and then he have two technicians Corey and Jacob who are absolutely outstanding they know exactly what customer services and if friendly and no answer to any question that you might have their absolutely terrific Corey and Jacob please somebody give them a call and thank them besides me and in the conclusion the finance manager Annalisa, had the courtesy to come out to my residence and review the paperwork with me and then try to get me the lowest price possible for my water heater repair .she also outstanding, very customer orientated. This is the third time I have used Christian Brothers for my repairs and every time they are very very professional, friendly and customer orientated.I highly recommend them
