Earlier this week I got a call from my wife as I got to work. She told me the shower arm, the pipe that comes out of the wall, had broken and water was shooting out of the wall. I left and spent the day waiting for a large plumbing company to send a plumber out. While I was waiting I looked up the cost for that type of repair, between $75 - $150. When the plumbers arrived they told me it could be cheap or it could be expensive? He told me that he had made a tool to pull out pipes that had broken. He went to his van and came back with an estimate and a story. The estimate was for over $1,000 that included opening the wall, replacing 5 feet of piping. (Realize he had done nothing but looked at the pipe coming out of the wall. He hadn't touched or tried to diagnose how the shower arm was damaged, or tried to take it out) He explained that the tool he made was lost so he would have to open up the wall. I told him we couldn't afford that and he asked me well what did you think it would cost? (in a condescending tone)He left and I called Plumbing Master who said they would send a plumber out today, so I wouldn't have to take another day off. When he arrived the plumber looked at the pipe and said it could be pricey, $500 if the pipe was cracked. He spent about 15 minutes and came out with the pipe, it had broken on the threading. He came in with a tool to pull out the remainder of the threading (I found out that you don't have to make one, they sell them at the hardware store for under $20. The plumber assured me that all the broken threading was gone. I realized that I could probably handle the repair on my own.My wife and I spent the rest of the day getting a shower arm ($12) and looking at better shower heads. All the time we felt like we had won a $1,000 lottery.Plumbing Masters and their plumber may have lost a small job but gained our trust and our future business. I highly recommend them.

We're first-time homeowners in a historic home, and we've called on Tyson at Phoenician Plumbing several times over the past few years. Tyson and his team are extremely friendly, professional, and prompt, and he always does a great job explaining the issue and how it was resolved. We also feel his pricing is very fair. Tyson has tackled routine issues in the house -- leaky bathtub drain, faucets, and toilets -- and most recently diagnosed and repaired a mysterious pool of standing water in our back yard in about an hour. (!) We wouldn't use anyone else, and we have his number saved permanently in our phones!

I went into the garage in the morning and noted a stream of water to the driveway and found the water heater leaking. One call to Dignity Plumbing and they said they were booked but made it work. We had a new water heater in place by end of day. Thanks, Mr. Leyva!

Raul provided great customer service. Called him over the weekend and handled a plumbing leak I had in the house. He also installed a new water heater. Super affordable and very professional. Highly recommend!
