We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. Amazing service! I called on a Saturday afternoon because of a water leak in my shower. West Valley Plumbing was quick to responded and get to my home to make the repair. No hidden fees or price issues, just a good all-around experience and I intend to use West Valley Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Jeff came out to do an annual maintenance review of my home plumbing. He was on time, professional and courteous. Found a couple of issues that needed to be fixed but no pressure on me to use him to fix immediately.

Great service. Fast and professional. They have the forethought to put on carpet booties before walking inside so no dirty footprints are left behind. James R. was timely, friendly, and very capable at repairing the heat pump.

I’m so bad with names but I think it was Ben and Chris that came out to the property I’m renting. They were on time, very courteous and got the pipe cleaned cleaned out quickly! I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and the two awesome guys. I feel bad if I got their names wrong because they should get recognition. Wtg!!

I would not suggest going with this company. I hired them for a simple sink install in the kitchen, and was quoted 4 hours by Lawrence.

The first day (Saturday), they were two hours late, stayed for two hours and left. The second day (Sunday), 4 hours late, and had to come back later and didn't leave until 9pm. The third day I took a half day at work to make the 2pm appointment time. Showed up at 8, didn't get the job done until 1 am. I don't know how many times I called when they were running an hour late only to hear we'll be there in an hour, and then hours pass without a call back.

I liked Lawrence, he was personable and apologetic, and did adequate work. However, the unprofessionalism of the owner (when I called, and keeping his employee from the job, and tardiness), makes me give them a 1 star. I wasted 14 hours, had to miss work, and didn't have a kitchen sink or water for days because of this. If Lawrence hadn't volunteered to stay late to finish the job I would miss more work and see be without my kitchen.

Stay away from this company.

Over the Christmas holidays, we had a stopped up main line. We have used Reddi Services several times and knew it would be busy plus it was a Saturday evening. Bob called ahead to say he was on his way, was extremely knowledgeable in the location of our septic, quick to clear the drain and reminded us why we use Reddi Services.

Responded quickly to my inquiry and completed the job ASAP. Installed new faucet and drain in laundry room sink.
