The entire experience was great, starting with a call asking if our service could be delayed a day. It was no problem since it wasn’t an emergency but they gave us a discount just for agreeing! Drew came the next morning - he explained everything, provided options for us and gave a quote of the options. He even set the hose bib so my husband can screw on a replacement in the future if needed. I’m glad we found this place!

Saul and co-worker (I can’t remember his name, sorry). They were on time and very considerate while installing the water lines. They worked long hours on Saturday and Sunday to complete the job. They cleaned up before they left. They were so trustworthy, I gave Saul the keys to the restaurant to lock up on Saturday and open on Sunday. Two great guys, working diligently , their supervisors and owners should be proud to have those guys working for them. 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Learned from a neighbor that water pressure coming into our home, a subdivision in Westbrook Village, was extremely high. She had Plumber Guy install a PRV( water pressure valve). I did some research on excessive water pressure coming into your home and turns out its not good. Called company and decided to install this valve, Joe explained to me the ramifications of excessive pressure. On time work even got a discount for being a Vet. Also asked his advice on water heaters he gave advice without any pressure to buy something.
