We had Sav-On Plumbing replace two leaky bathroom faucets on our master bathroom tandem sink. Branden (our installer) gave us the option of Sav-On purchasing the faucets or us doing it ourselves, and he gave recommendations on what brands to buy if we did it - which we did. He even double-checked before he started the installation that what we purchased was what we really wanted, as it was brushed nickel versus polished silver for other things in our bathroom (we wanted the nickel - much easier to keep looking good!).

He arrived at the scheduled time (actually called and asked if he could come a bit early - no problem!), and did an excellent job - everything looks great and nicely aligned. He was professional, courteous, meticulous in his workmanship, and kept us informed during the entire process.

This review is being written nearly 3 months later - no problems with the installation, no more leaks! We highly recommend Sav-On Plumbing!

Joe came out and led a crew to connect my outdoor kitchen to the main city sewer line. It was refreshing to work with such an honest and responsive person. Joe made sure the work was done right, patiently worked through challenges with a on-going pool installation at the same time. I would select JMAX again, anytime!

Russ is the greatest, he is a true professional and will do the job right no matter how complicated it is. Over the last year or so he has done many plumbing projects while we are renovating our home. Among some of the work he did for us are installing a new chilled and sparkling drinking water system, soft water system, replace the old shower with new one and more. He can be trusted around your home and also to do the job right the first time. I give Russ 5 Stars.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

My technician, Ray was extremely knowledgeable and professional he replaced my water heater in under 1hr, Would definitely use this service again. Great job, Great price, excellent service.

I had a major clog in my main line, nothing would work on it and water would not flow and was backing up. I called roto-rooter, it was a Sunday and they sent a tech out to me earlier than my appointment was scheduled which was amazing considering how far away they were. The Tech arrived, his name was Stan he was super professional, polite and knowledgeable. The clog was caused by roots and it wasn't a problem. I've dealt with other plumbing companies before, this was by far my best experience. On a scale of 1-10 on how I recommend, it's definitely a 17. If I need a plumber again I'm definitely calling Roto-rooter and requesting Stan. Couldn't be more happy with my service.

WOW! This is one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tom was on time and is great at explaining what my issues were that day. I was out of Hot water for two days before I found Tom's company and that day he came out and was able to have the job completed within 2 hours!! This is a truly amazing company. I also loved that he cleaned up any mess that was made not leaving it to me. It's almost as if he wasn't here! Except I have a brand new water heater.

Gabe was informative, patient, responsive, and fair in his pricing. He installed a dedicated outlet for me and responded with a quote faster than other companies, his price matched or beat all other quotes, and he was able to complete the install fast. He did a follow up visit based on further information the same day and made sure that everything worked fully despite the manufacturer of my device having documentation issues.

I had a leaking water pipe under my home and Jeremy came out and got it fixed so fast I couldn't believe he got it done so quickly he did an amazing job thank you guys so much.

I have referred Nicholas and brad with desert water to several of my pool service customers when they need help with plumbing, gas lines or water softeners. Every time they have shown up quickly and gotten the job done with my customer saying nothing but good things. If you need anything from new water softeners to new gas lines ran across you properly, or even little stuff like back flow valves replaced these guys really know their stuff!! Highly recommend

Rob and his team have taken care of numerous issues in our houses. We have had issues from old toilets to old plumbing leaks, rusted fixtures replaced and new water softener system installed. Rob had to go through walls to repair and old rusted out bathroom shower plumbing. He repaired the plumbing and returned the wall to its original look. American Discount Plumbing took care of several problems in an efficient manner that were repaired twice before by another local plumbing company. I know who to call in the future! Very knowledgeable and fairly priced. Also, clean! Highly recommend.
