Mont came to my home on a Sunday and boy was I thankful because my daughters shower faucet broke and would not shut off so we had to shut the water off to our house until it was fixed and we had a house full of kids so that was not a great option. Thank you for the quick and excellent service.

Adrian. Medina and Jose Gomez were awesome and d is a great job on installing my new water heater and fixing a leak in my bathroom sink.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I scheduled an afternoon appointment to have some new garage lights installed. The appointment was for after 1:00 PM. A little after 2:00 I called to ask for an approx. time for the service tech to arrive. I was transferred to the dispatcher, and he told me that he would check with the techs and call me back. At 3:30, I called back, since I had not received the call that I was promised, and told them that I would have to cancel the service call for today. They didn't even apologize, tell me that they were sorry, or ask if they could reschedule. Moved on to another company.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

I called Rapid Fire yesterday as water was gushing out of an outside pipe. Tom instructed me to turn off my main water supply. He stated was in Phoenix finishing a job and would be to Mayer in 2 hours. He was a man of his word. I sent him pictures of the problem prior to his arrival. When he arrived, he was professional, prepared, and repaired the problems quickly. I would recommend Rapid Fire to anyone needing plumbing fixes quickly and efficiently.
