The technician was super great about explaining everything that he was going to do and showing me examples, because my husband arranged the appointment but was not home for it. From quality to aesthetics to cleanliness, Vicente went above and beyond. Him and his crew came in to fix a cracked sewer line and some old messy copper lines that went to my water heater. They knew I was worried about my floor but they fixed everything with extremely minimal damage and maximum cleanliness. Complete dust control which I was very worried about due to my allergies. My messy copper lines are now tightly fitted to my wall and look very nice compared to the chaos I had to look at before. Vicente and his crew go above and beyond to bring the best quality and service. 10 thumbs up from me and my entire family:)

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

Thought it was a little expensive. Jake did a great job of explaining what he was doing but 214 dollars for one hour of work is high in my book. I know there were a few small copper pipes. Don't know what was charged for the materials.

They were prompt in coming out to do an underground drain repair and explained up front the pricing and the final pricing after install matched without any surprises. Being new to AZ we've found alot of services just overpriced as assume we aren't educated, but not the case with Trusted plumber.
