LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

My experience with Phoenician Plumbing was consistent with many of the other reviews. Bottom line....Tyson is professional. He promptly returns calls, is very knowledgeable, scheduling is quick and they show up reliably. They are fairly priced and 100% stand by their work. Customer service at this high level is a rare thing these days.

We had a nasty drain clog and our tap needed repairing. Needed to get in just quickly but not sure of how it will look. We called them and they were out within two hours! They did a great job and were professional the entire time.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

After having 2 professional plumbers assess & try to repair a broken sewer line in our home, we were still without the use of our bathroom. In addition, they were unable to give us even a projected repair estimate. Randy Young with Roto-Rooter not only identified the problem within the hour but was able to give us a written estimate. He was courteous, knowledgeable & explained our options. We highly recommend him.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.
