Emil was our technician and he did a fantastic job. We had called about a leaky tub spout and clogged drain but had forgotten to mention a sink that wasn’t working properly which he had no problem with when we mentioned it to him. When he arrived he was super polite, correctly diagnosed our problem in about 2seconds, and once we gave him the okay he solved the problem as fast as can be. He was kind, honest, and very professional and my girlfriend and I couldn’t be happier with his service.

Mason and his team were incredible, they responded to our call quickly, provided great detailed information on what the problem was and how they were going to solve it. The communication with the Roto-Rooter team was awesome, they were tidy and left us with great service. We will use Mason time and time again if needed in the future. Thank you!

Tom saved the day for us! We had a leaking jetted tub that we needed to have replaced ASAP. All other places I called needed 7-10 days to get one in. Tom came out the same day I called to give me an estimate, called his supplier on the spot and said he would have one delivered and installed in 1 day. He did a great job! Great customer service, clean and friendly. I definitely recommend Rapid Plumbing and will use them again!

Another kudos to Rapid Fire for their fast and honest customer service! We tried to flush our water heater today but the drain was totally blocked. I appreciated the honest feedback from Tom and will keep him on speed-dial for my future plumbing needs!

I had a leaking water pipe under my home and Jeremy came out and got it fixed so fast I couldn't believe he got it done so quickly he did an amazing job thank you guys so much.

It is always strange seeing people writing very positive or very negative reviews having only one or two reviews. If they write so positive with one review only about a business I get suspicious and start asking myself whether they could be fake. Probably they are friends/family or even paid trolls doing them a favour. However, on the other end, if they write very negative about a business I believe they are from competitors trying to kick them out of services or at least trying to give them a bad image.
I had a good experience with Single Source Plumbing despite they could not solve our problem as it went beyond plumbing.
However, they still were friendly and helpful so that I would call them again if I have plumbing problem.

I can not say enough of how timely and professional they were. I was in need of a small fix and without hesitation they came in and fixed what was needed promptly. If you need ANY plumbing needs I would 100% go with Authentic Plumbing! Thank you again!!!
