Armstrong plumbing came out today to replace our garbage disposal. He ended up finding a problem and fixing it saving us hundreds of dollars. We didn’t have to spend the money to install a brand new garbage disposal after all.

Our experience with Roger was very pleasant. He’s an honest guy and actually cares about his customers experience with him. I would highly recommend him to friends and family for any plumbing problem you may have. It’s a rarity in today’s society to find a gem like him.

Definitely would not recommend! Although their staff was very polite, they are EXTREMELY overpriced!! I called them out to replace a broken angle valve on my toilet, which caused me to have to have the water turned off at the main. They wanted to charge me $393.00 and an additional $197.00 if I wanted a new fill valve in the inside of my toilet. They must have thought I was desperate or a naive woman. I went to Lowe's paid $4.00 for the angle valve $14.99 for a fill valve and had it installed in under 15 mins.

One aspect that truly stood out was the transparency in pricing. The company provided a clear, upfront estimate, and there were no hidden costs or surprises when the job was completed. This level of honesty is refreshing and sets them apart from other service providers.

Bad service they are an agency not an actual plumbing company. They take your phone number and give it to all the plumbing companies and you'll have your phone number blown up with calls.
