Best Maintenance Plumbing in Glendale AZ

I hope to have more time to provide additional details at a later time, but we are extremely disappointed in our interactions with Robin’s Plumbing, particularly in dealing with Steve. He was deceptive & dishonest. A simple resolution would have been to refund the $85 charge after he discovered the error, but instead we were put on hold, told we would receive a callback, etc. Instead, we repeatedly called back & followed up only to continue to get the “run-around”. Steve told my husband he was not the person in charge of refunds, but later told me he was indeed the person responsible for making that decision. Unfortunately, the company’s reputation for being full of integrity fell short on multiple points. Long story short, the fee was never reversed, even though the invoice “work description” was not complete & the employee sent out to evaluate the damage did not do anything when he came out & no follow-up was done. In fact, we were told that the employee was in an accident & later told that was not true. We invested hours of time attempting to get our money back with no success.

Roger was recommended by a friend and installed a soft water system, replaced hose bibs and repaired a shower mixing valve for our recently purchased home. I really appreciated how he walked us through the process on what needed to be done and then he promptly made these repairs for the price and timeframe that he committed to. We very much appreciate Roger's professionalism as well as his workmanship, along with very reasonable pricing. Thanks Roger, we will use you again and recommend you!

They tell me everything that needs to be done now and what could wait for a while. Very honest and I appreciate that as a business owner myself.

Jason was on time, super friendly, explained the repairs, and went above and beyond checking my back flow valve for my water system!
