From start to finish with the communication from the office staff everything worked out perfect. We reached out to Bumblebee plumbing as we had no hot water. Jesus and his team came out and found out that we also had a leak in a pipe that we were unaware of. It was causing damage in our wall. They were there for quite a while and worked diligently and created less damage as possible to the dry wall . We also had a pressure relief valve so that we would not hopefully have any leaks in the future due to high water pressure. The work was outstanding, they cleaned up everything explained everything relief throughout the process and let us ask any questions that we had we're thankful and we'll use them for our future plumbing needs

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. Awesome service at a fair price. Chris knows what he is doing. I needed a ball valve added, liked the work so I had him replace my softener and RO as well.

Called Bumble Bee to repair a jammed garbage disposal. I attempted to clear it using the tool supplied by manufacturer, spun but still buzzing. The plumber did the same thing and determined that was all he could do. That's it???? Disposal is only 2 yes old. We had a 3/4hp unit, replaced with 1/2 he. The diff in there price was $250. Charged right at $600 for new unit, retails at the POE for $145. I know they have to make money but come on. Lastly the tech looked homeless. Just a mess. Got recir pump price, $3k. I'll try elsewhere
