We had a outdoor hose seize up on the faucet. The plumber turned off the water, remove the old faucet along with the hose and installed a new faucet. The work was done quickly and the plumber was very pleasant and personable. We are members with Bumblebee and therefore there was no service call fees to pay.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

Well everything was good there was no problem. Levi was a great professional. Atleast made sure water heater was good even though there turned out to be no issues. Smell was coming from refrigerator lol. I wish I didn't have to get charged for the emergency visit but atleast piece of mind was made

We're first-time homeowners in a historic home, and we've called on Tyson at Phoenician Plumbing several times over the past few years. Tyson and his team are extremely friendly, professional, and prompt, and he always does a great job explaining the issue and how it was resolved. We also feel his pricing is very fair. Tyson has tackled routine issues in the house -- leaky bathtub drain, faucets, and toilets -- and most recently diagnosed and repaired a mysterious pool of standing water in our back yard in about an hour. (!) We wouldn't use anyone else, and we have his number saved permanently in our phones!

They do very good work and stands behind everything they do.. I will not hesitate to call them out again.

Excellent service!! Richard replaced a leaky toilet in my main bathroom. Richard alleviated the fear I had of having dry rot in the sub-floor and explained how I could have perceived that. Richard was friendly, professional, and great on the clean-up. The quote for removal and installation was 10% less than the quote I got from my regular plumber with a 15% discount AND Bumblebee Plumbing gave me a discount for being a senior. I am one happy girl.
