Best Leaking Water Heater in Glendale AZ

I really shy away from companies who don’t clean up after themselves. I’m someone who is pretty vocal and so when I say that Peoria Water Heaters are professional and incredibly neat and tidy while carrying out a job, believe me! You won’t be disappointed!

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. We called Sunstate Plumbing this morning and they came out a couple hours later. They had to clear the main water line and gave us a quote before starting the work.
When they were done they let us know
they did not have to do as an extensive job as they thought, so the price went down considerably. They could have still charged us what they quoted, we would have been none the wiser. So thankful they were honest.

Our technician was awesome. We had some issues with you guys setting up an appointment for us for Saturday between 1-5 but no one showed up. We we received a call apologizing stating the crew spent all day on a job and after it was done there was no one on call to come out to our house. We ended up scheduling someone for the next morning.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Two of their best plumbers came out and replaced our three toilets and two outdoor water bibs. Tommy and Bill were on time, efficient and highly skilled plumbers. The company was great at scheduling to get my water heater installed ASAP. The two plumbers who installed my water heater were very professional and kept me informed of every step. Ben Franklin is a very trustworthy company and I have full confidence in their work. They do try to upsell you, but not aggressively. I have used them for all of my plumbing needs for the last fifteen years or so, everything from replacing toilets and hot water heaters to an under slab leak, and they have done excellent work every time. Every plumber of theirs that I have met shows up in a clean uniform and is very professional. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
