Mason came out to the business at the courtyard to clear are 230 ft 6 inch sewer line . As I was about to give up mason said I don’t quit and what do you know , we unclogged it! Thoughts of 10-15 thousand to repair sewer tap was going thru my head.Mason was terrific.I am gonna call them again.

Rob and his team have taken care of numerous issues in our houses. We have had issues from old toilets to old plumbing leaks, rusted fixtures replaced and new water softener system installed. Rob had to go through walls to repair and old rusted out bathroom shower plumbing. He repaired the plumbing and returned the wall to its original look. Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...
