Would I use them again? you betcha...and I did!Update: Michael and Bumble Bee were so good 1st time, I went back to BB Plumbing, and I drew Michael Probst again. Michael drained water heater on 1 yr anniversary. He explains to customer what he's doing; he is competent, accommodating, and goes the extra mile. How much do I like their service: I'll have them back next yr to drain water heater again.4aug21: signed up for the BB yearly pgm...worth the $! Michael....what can I say...fast, efficient, knowledgeable. And he's a service technician with a personalilty.Turned to BB again...to check sewer line. No issue...was just being proactive. New trim to bathtub that I attempted but was unable to finish. This was my first experience. I am so glad I called. They are honest, experianced, we’re on time, and pleasant. Roger replaced our old water heater and softener. He installed a high-end tankless system that looks and works great, and was priced fairly. He was punctual, professional, accommodating, and patient with all of my questions. I will not hesitate to use him for all of our plumbing needs going forward. I prefer to support small businesses where the person that picks up the phone is the owner/operator and that's what I got with Roger.

From quality to aesthetics to cleanliness, Vicente went above and beyond. Him and his crew came in to fix a cracked sewer line and some old messy copper lines that went to my water heater. They knew I was worried about my floor but they fixed everything with extremely minimal damage and maximum cleanliness. Complete dust control which I was very worried about due to my allergies. My messy copper lines are now tightly fitted to my wall and look very nice compared to the chaos I had to look at before. Vicente and his crew go above and beyond to bring the best quality and service. 10 thumbs up from me and my entire family:)

I called for an emergency leak issue with my water heater line. Javier showed up assessed the situation and repaired the lines with new lines. The great thing he did was the old water in line valve was going bad and part was soldered on. Javier removed the old line and replaced it with a non-soldered line so if there is an issue, I can fix it myself.
