I came to visit my grandmother over the weekend only to learn her plumbing had been out for weeks! For an elderly woman in hospice that is untenable!! Austin came out Monday morning before my family had to head back home. He assessed the situation literally top to bottom! Once he had a diagnosis and a game plan, he kept me looped in and got everything taken care of! Grandma is thrilled, i get to be the favorite grandson, and Austin did all the work! 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

I asked for a plumbing referral from next door app and several people gave a 5☆+ recommend with Aurora Plumbing & Mechanical. I called and as I was describing my list of fixes, David offered to drive over to get a better idea of the job. While doing the walk through of what we needed done, we just knew this was the our guy.

Many houses in this area have been 'lived in for a while' and are aged. He and his wife Maurine (they worked as a team) were both respectful and professional. They were thorough and as they did the upgrades/repairs needed also repaired some unexpected surprises. They communicated along the way and made sure we knew what signs to look for and what to do if we had problems in the future. We felt his prices was more than fair for the job completed, and the expertise he has along with the knowledge he possesses and shared.

Had a couple of small jobs - an outdoor hose bib gone south, and replacing some indoor shutoff valves.

Pleasantly surprised the tech could be out that afternoon - jobs well done, even when the hose bib put up a bit of a battle, good communications, will use Sound Plumbing again.

They came.out on short notice and did and amazing job!

Friday morning my husband arranged thru Home Depot to have Delta Mechanical do a warranty replacement on our water heater. Delta called and would have someone at our house between noon and 3:00 pm Friday. After receiving a text that the tech was on his way, I waited over an hour with no show. I called and was told the truck had problems so not today. The service was then scheduled Saturday morning between 8:00 and 10:00. At 9:15 I called to make sure someone was on the way. Oops. The tech called in sick and no one would be able to come.

I understand truck problems and people getting sick. What I don't get is not receiving a call letting me know. Had I not called back Friday afternoon or Saturday morning I'd still be waiting for someone to show up.

Not the way to provide customer service and make you feel valued.

I will contact Rheem Monday to see if something can be worked out with the warranty thru another Rheem plumber. But I'll eat the warranty credit before I do business with Delta or Home Depot again.
