Toilets were backing up because of a main sewer line clog. Dave ( the owner ) was able to come out on the MLK jr. day and fix the problem. Price was way better than I had experienced with other companies, especially with it being a holiday. Service was fast and effective.

I asked for a plumbing referral from next door app and several people gave a 5☆+ recommend with Aurora Plumbing & Mechanical. I called and as I was describing my list of fixes, David offered to drive over to get a better idea of the job. While doing the walk through of what we needed done, we just knew this was the our guy.

Many houses in this area have been 'lived in for a while' and are aged. He and his wife Maurine (they worked as a team) were both respectful and professional. They were thorough and as they did the upgrades/repairs needed also repaired some unexpected surprises. They communicated along the way and made sure we knew what signs to look for and what to do if we had problems in the future. We felt his prices was more than fair for the job completed, and the expertise he has along with the knowledge he possesses and shared.

Answered phone each time I called and was here on time as expected. Add this company to your contacts....HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It is always strange seeing people writing very positive or very negative reviews having only one (!) review. To me, they sound fake, if they write to positive about a new business, than most probably they are friends/family or even paid trolls. However, if they are very negative about a business just opened or they don‘t give their full name just initals etc, to my knowledge they are from competitors trying to kick them out of services or at least trying to give them a bad image.
I have a good experience had with Aurora Plumbing & Mechanical. When I called, it went straight to voicemail. However, after leaving my number and telling them what I need them for, I received a call back in less than 2 mins.
I don‘t recall her name, but I assume it was the owners wife who told me, that unfortunately they get 30+ calls from robots, spam, spoofing or scammers a day, so as a small family run company they could not afford waisting valued time that‘s why they let all unknown numbers going on the combox. If there is a customer she would call immediately back.
I liked her openness and as I experience the same - not in that high numbers but also 4-5 a week, I fully understood her way of action.
In my further contact I experienced that they are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. When she couldn‘t help me with a problem wuth black mold, she went to search a number for me to report it there, as well as she gave me another number of a „handyman“ who could help me too.
Therefore from my experience I had with Aurora Plumbing & Mechanical I can recommend them.

I have used this company in the past and as always this time he was on time, fast & efficient. I had several items on my list for him to do. He's also always very personable. One of the things I needed him to do was install a hot water pump. It used to take 7 minutes for the hot water to get to my bathroom faucets. It now only takes a few seconds. I can't wait to see my next water bill. All this & his prices are very reasonable. Aurora plumbing is my go to plumbing company.

This is my second time using Dave at Aurora. I called regarding an issue with my water heater, he was at my house in 20 min. I needed to replace the water heater, he installed the new one within couple of hours. His pricing is very reasonable. He’s very easy to work with & I will Definitely be using him again.

I m new to the area and had a underground water leak on the incoming water service to the house and had no idea who to call. After getting the service shut off at the street, The first 2 local companies I called couldn’t send anyone out until the next day. I called Aurora Plumbing and Mechanical and David the owner said he was tied up but could be there in a few hours. True to his word he showed up and repaired the leak. Very Professional and outstanding workmanship. I would highly recommend !!

David is awesome! He is efficient professional , honest, kind and really knows his stuff ! He stands behind his work and does what it takes to make the customer happy. I remodeled my kitchen and needed a new faucet installed , dishwasher and garbage disposal and also came to find out the brand new farm sink I had installed was too large to accommodate a normal pea trap. Of course I was panicking because the entire remodel has been a nightmare. David suggested a couple of solutions but realizing later that my only option was installation of a reverse pea trap. David had everything hooked up and running in a matter of no time . I highly recommend Aurora Plumbing!

Gave me a bid to repair a sewer pipe they came out dug a big hole broke a water line broke sprinkler lines even ran a camera to check the sewer line and found no damage left a huge mess in my front yard and still charge me the same amount they are unprofessional and inexperienced.

I am so glad I contacted David I called him because my leaky garbage disposal needed to be replaced and I needed the toilet fixed. He was abled to put in the new disposal and fix the toilet for much lower than someone else quoted. I was so blessed I saw him on Nextdoor & remembered Auroa plumbing was in my phone under plumbing, just in case. I would definitely recommend calling Aurora Plumbing because I recieved service quickly and at fair prices.

Look no farther as you've found the best perfect Plumber ever with Dave!!!! I went thru a Big Box store and learned my lesson not to trust them anymore! Their so called plumber left my kitchen faucet in such a mess that I couldn't even use new sink. I read nothing but EXCELLENT REVIEWS about Dave on my Nextdoor App. And knew I had to call him. I can't tell you enough on how he helped me!!! Previous guy told me I'd have to have my wall cut out, pipes moved, etc.... I was a mess just as my plumbing was!!!
Dave told me he'd be out to fix that mess ( from the pictures I sent him ) and he was true to his word. I hope I can repay it by sharing my story and save another from going thru all the nonsense that I've been put through.
