Bumble Bee Plumbing was at my neighbor's house, and we were in need of a plumber. I spoke with Ricky, who was working on my neighbor's house, and he was nice and professional. I then called to schedule an appointment, and Ken was the service person who came. Also, really professional and nice- took time to explain things to me and gave me options. When he was done, the area in which he worked was clean, and our plumbing issue fixed.Update: Had Bumble Bee out again today (May 2018) to install a new water heater. This time, service was done by Jim and Joel, and again, the service was outstanding. Both were nice and clean and did great work!

Ben came out solved the issue quickly and professionally.

Gabriel came out and did an amazing job! He was professional, kind, prompt and went above and beyond to help us get our drain unclogged! Thank you so much Gabriel I would certainly use your company again!!

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. This plumber near me was so wonderful. They came when they said they would, they assessed the situation accurately, and got everything squared away very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely trust them with any plumbing problems I have again in the future.

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

Trevor was phenomenal in assessing where the leak was coming from. In this case he had to cut through a pantry wall and garage wall to make sure where the leak was coming from. It was leaking from a worn out toilet wax ring, which he replaced. The cost was more than I expected but he provided the intangibles, such as his knowledge and getting a restoration company to come right over to get a claim going with my insurance company for the damages. I highly recommend Plumbing Masters.

Best place to work for...

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Mike and Lupe and Bumble Bee Plumbing were absolutely amazing. I called for a leaky bathroom faucet and within 20 minutes, they were at my home. They sent me a text introducing Mike and Lupe with pictures and a little description before they entered my home. This was an amazing feature that I loved. They knocked on my door and practiced social distancing and wanted to introduce themselves before they put on all of their protective gear (face masks, gloves, etc.). They talked to me to understand the problem fully and proceeded to get to work. In under an hour, they completed the job and were drawing up payment. They quoted me the cost before beginning work so I knew upfront what it would be, which was very helpful. After everything was said and done, they cleaned and sanitized where they had been in my home. I would highly recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.
