Now, if there existed stars representing knowledge,caring attitude, and a willingness to accommodate customer concerns, these stars would have been checked as well. The techs spread out a carpet at the entrance to my home, entered after donning a pair of cute red booties, and ,with aplomb, corrected the issues they were asked to repair.I wouldn't consider using any other company for needed household repairs, and the reader shouldn't either.It should be noted however that I would give the booties no higher than 3 stars.

I have used Diamondback Plumbing several times for both acute and chronic plumbing issues, and their service has always been excellent. Their call system is efficient in connecting me with a plumber in the field, they are prompt to arrive at a convenient time for me. and the several plumbers from their service has been efficient and nice guys to have around my house while they are working (even though one was a Red Sox fan!). They even take the time to teach me about what equipment and procedures they are using, and give good advice on how to avoid plumbing problems. Highly recommended.

We have had Qualtire Plumbing do both residential and commercial work for us. They have always been timely, a good value and always providing great customer service. We have recommended several times and have the same feedback each time.

I had them come out to diagnose why my garbage disposal stopped working. After about 30 seconds under the sink, he said the disposal worked perfectly, that it was the disposal's switch that had stopped working. I paid the $85 diagnostic charge - I knew about this up front, so that was okay. He asked if I needed estimates on anything else, so I showed him my toilet, which periodically leaks. He told me the bowl itself was cracked underneath the lip, and that it would be $650 to replace it. I thought that price point seemed high, so I called another company for a second opinion. Boy, am I glad I did! This other company showed me visually that there was no crack, that the washer seal underneath the screws inside the tank had become worn over time. He said they would buy the kit and replace the seals and screws for $140. So I went from a cracked toilet replacement for $650 to a worn out seal for $140 - big savings!

Mike at Roadrunner Plumbing is hands down the best plumber I have found in over a decade at clearing drain line issues. My first experience with Mike was a little over a year ago and the results were unbelievable. He cleared my mainline of heavy heavy roots when no others could (had about 6 other plumbers try). He has specialized equipment and the desire to clear mainlines when they can be vs the majority of plumbers who want to dig and replace with prices starting at $4K. Mike stated he never had seen roots as bad as mine, yet he got the job done and when I sent a camera down I didn't see a single root. Amazing. Fast forward another year, at a different house, my kitchen drain line backed up. Over the weekend, I had two different plumbers come out, both could not clear the line. Other plumbers began talking about the potential need to dig through the slab of the house to repair the line. Mike shows up Monday afternoon, and in about 2 hours clears the line. The Home Depot referred me to Delta Mechanical for the installation of our new garbage disposal and they did great 👍🏼 First Sveto Milanov arrived early and after installation cleaned up after himself. He was not talkative but answered my questions when asked. I will definitely use them again 👍🏼
