We got new counters installed and was not aware that we needed to hire our own plumber for reinstall. Got a tip about Proforce and they were there the next day to do my install of faucet and disposal.

I had a water leak for a while on my kitchen faucet / sink and it’s hard to find a good plumbing service company due to past experience were not the best but when I had called Sav-On plumbing. I had spoken to Nancy she was very professional and had notified to me on what plumber she was going to send out and what time to expect him to arrive . Jesse had sent a text message when he was on his way . when Jesse had arrived he was very polite and professional he had explained the issue going on and the solution to fix it . Jesse had got the job done in a quick matter of time . I am very happy with their services provided and would definitely recommend Sav-On plumbing to family and friends .

Can't say enough good things about this company. Answered the phone in 3 rings, easy to set an appointment, sent a text when they were on the way, showed up a few minutes before the scheduled appointment, friendly and professional when they arrived at our house, resolved the issue quickly and expertly. There wasn't a single thing about the entire experience that I could say didn't go the way I'd want it to go.

We have used Sav-on twice now, both experiences have been great! First, Tom came by and fixed a toilet. Now Bill is taking extra time to order the correct part and fix one of our showers the right way! Both have been very cordial, on time, and genuinely concerned about the state of our plumbing. I had this company come out to do a simple pipe clean, but all I got was non-stop talk about their membership and when I told them I didn't want it I felt less important of a customer. The gentleman wasn't mean or rude it just felt like I was getting the bare minimum job. Don't truly feel like the pipe was properly cleaned as my tube now seems to drain slower. Fingers crossed that no clogs come back.

Our plumber Andre was wonderful and provided excellent service and education.The frustrating part of the experience was the fact that once it was determined that a new garbage disposal was needed, I was told to go and buy one while he then went on to other calls, then contact him back and then he had to come back again to install it. Due to how busy he was, it took several hours for him to be able to come bsck to complete the job.If we would have purchased one from off the truck it would have been substantially more money.

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.
