It wasn't even an emergency but I was given a same-day appointment. Within a few hours of calling, Kevin was on-site and diagnosed the issue with my 80-gal hot water heater. The cost to pull the heater (and associated piping from this monstrosity, which was originally installed in 2008 as a solar hot water heater system) and replace with a regular 50-gal electric was better than another quote I got. In addition, Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this company and I've been looking for a good plumbing company for a LONG TIME now. Tried two others over the years and was not satisfied. But 100% Plumbing wins!

My water heater went out and Patrick came out the day I called, to replace it for me. He was on time, and did a professional job. I would use the company for any plumbing issue that comes up -- but I hope to not need them again soon!
