We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. We called this company in early March for a quote, they were unable to come until March 22nd and then unable to do the repair they diagnosed for another few weeks. They charged us $650 for the repair that took less then an hour and within hours the hot tub was empty again. When I sent a pic of the empty hot tub, I was told they were busy and would be unable to come back out to look at it until April 6th. So, we are almost $1000 and a month in with a non working hot tub and they can't come back over two weeks? On 4/9/19 we get two quotes, one for a quick fix - $800-$1250 and another for a proper fix for $1450-$1850, this included fixing our cool deck, even though we don't have cool deck. They said they do this fix on 5/15/19, so almost two months from our original call. Spring came and went as did our guest, with an empty hot tub, now baking in the son. I asked if we could be given credit for the money we had already paid and was told no. Long story short, we called someone else and the accurately located and fixed the leak within a few days for a fraction of the cost. I rarely write reviews, but if I charged a client for a job and didn't do it correctly, I would refund them their money and fix it immediately. We wasted $950 and months with this company.

I saw the good reviews for Single Source. I called Rob and scheduled replacing my original water heater. The price seemed fair. Rob and Vince came today and installed a larger unit than the original for us. They were quick, clean and efficient. A quality product and installation. I would recommend Rob and his team to anyone looking for a quality repair.

Paul was very responsive when Fri eve scheduled water heater install and got to working on it right away Sat. Morning with a unit slightly wider-rounded. He made a few pipe cuts to realign the coupling differences with proper care and was doing quality work at a reasonable rate. Fine and honest work ethics. So far so good!

Bad service they are an agency not an actual plumbing company. They take your phone number and give it to all the plumbing companies and you'll have your phone number blown up with calls.
