I called and made an appt for someone to give me an estimate. I was given a 2 hour window, come to find out they don't give windows later in the day. I was called and told the service person would be at my location within 30-35 minutes. I had another appt, but agreed to wait. An hour later no call or show, no update.. So I called... they told he would be there within the 30 minutes,, I couldn't wait, so I cancelled. I felt like I didn't matter to them and my time meant nothing.

He fixed up the issue, cleaned up the grime that comes with basically anything plumbing-work related, showed us multiple times how everything is working fine now, and gave us a few tips for the future. Super-friendly guy and just good service. Really appreciate it and I’ve been spreading the Plumbing Masters name to my co-workers. I’ve been happy each time they’ve had to come out to my house.

Bumble Bee plumbing is a very professional company. Mike, the plumber, came out the first day and assessed all I needed and started the work. The second day he returned with Jose to install my gas, on demand water heater. They worked hard, were super clean, professional and Mikedid an excellent job explaining every step. When they left, I had all new supply lines, and shut off valves, new waste water lines, copper exterior lines, new handles, new kitchen faucet, soap dispenser and disposal, new laundry water supply lines and box, as well as the elimination of old irrigation lines. They did an excellent job of clean up and haul away also. It was a great experience and I am absolutely delighted with their work!This is the first of several plumbing projects as I am completely remodeling a house. LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!
