I needed to have all the fixtures in 3 tub/showers replaced (old stuff was builder grade junk that had been in the house since built..time to upgrade). The 2 spare rooms were quick and easy with some soldering needed. The master, however, was a nightmare. The previous owners tried repairs on their own which included gluing in a broken screw. The plumber had to rig a pullling system to get the cartridge out. He did not give up and leave us with a half completed job. We are thrilled with the results and the quality of the work. Will, absolutely use them again. You get what you pay for people.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Tom saved the day for us! We had a leaking jetted tub that we needed to have replaced ASAP. All other places I called needed 7-10 days to get one in. Tom came out the same day I called to give me an estimate, called his supplier on the spot and said he would have one delivered and installed in 1 day. He did a great job! I originally called Pridemark about replacing a two year old tank that was going through control valves like water. I thought I wanted a new on demand tankless system , but I was soon talked off that ledge. Pridemark was the ONLY plumbing company that bothered to explain the pros and cons of tank vs tankless and the choice was obvious, plus I saved almost 4k. They also were the only plumbers that were aware of the problems with my previous water tank brand that apparently was known nationwide (thanks Toll Bros). The installation was seamless plus I had a recirculating system installed at the same time. Don explained everything I needed to know, and even made a few suggestions. The timeline was amazing, I first called shortly after 1pm and Don arrived at 3:30pm. After discussing the options he said he could finish the job that evening by 8 or 9pm. I however had plans, so Don did what he could and returned early the next morning. After living in AZ for 10 years, I’ve finally found a plumber I can truly trust.
