Thanks to Sav-On Plumbing for the great work you have done in our home once again! We had a hot water pressure problem. Brandon took steps to diagnose the problem going from the easiest, least expensive and moving on from there. Turns out it was a problem with our faucet. I ran to Home Depot and purchased a new one. Brandon ran some errands and then returned to install it. I greatly appreciate having it fixed the same day! Service with this company has been excellent! I appreciate the thorough explanations and recommendations. They also keep costs in mind and keep us informed on options. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Called to have a new wax ring to fix leak at the base of my toilet. Branden came in like I was bothering him and had to look in his menu for prices and then said I needed a new angle stop wich added to the price. They did offer me a reduced rate for the unnecessary repair. They did not replace the hose just the angle stop. Then, an hour later he tells me that I need a new flange. $200 more... then a new gasket... just kept finding new problems without explanation or showing me the problem. Left me with an over $600 quote. He was belittling, condescending and rude. Left a huge mess under the toilet.

Found a different plumber who said the flange didn't need to be replaced. Fixed me up good doing more work than this place was going to do for 1/3 the price and even fixed up a faucet that was giving me trouble. If you call be sure to expect them to add to your bill extra work.

Adam worked hard on this project and cleaned up the front yard very well.A good job was done on replacing my pipes.The only thing that was a challenge for me is it took 10 weeks for the final inspection.But everything turned out okay

Mauricio with Roto Rooter was amazing! The irrigation system valve broke, which was attached to the main line into the house. I had to shut off main valve until he came to the rescue and capped off the problem. He was patient and kind and the price was great for a late Saturday night emergency call! Thank you!!!

Terrible customer service. Their technician did something that caused a problem that showed up over time. When I contacted them I was bounced from person to person, until they told me they were not going to help me at all. They were defensive to the point of being aggressive and insulting. Basically if they don’t have it in their notes somewhere, it “didn’t happen “. So their technician did something that caused a leak later, and took parts away from my sink so I cannot use it anymore, but they won’t help me because it wasn’t written down by him. When I reached out to the owner to explain, the conversation became emotional and he became nasty and threatened to use the recording of our conversation “against me later “. After a sad and tragic year, as most of us have experienced, this treatment literally left me in tears. I still have the issues they caused. I now have to find a new company to fix what they caused.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
