We just had our kitchen redone. New cabinets, flooring, appliances, the whole nine. When a couple days into using it we noticed the floor was really warm in a spot. Turns out we had a hot water leak under the floor.

Oh no. We’re going to have to redo the kitchen. Please no.

We called Rivers plumbing as a recommendation and I’m glad we did. They immediately answered all of our questions alleviating a many of our fears. And we’re able to reroute the plumbing with out making a scratch. Like orthoscopic surgery, there were able to make small cuts around the area leaving all of the new construction untouched.

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...

I knew these guys did great work because they once heightened a pipe for my mom’s shower during her bathroom renovation; I had a weird pipe under my bathroom sink needing fixed during a little renovation in mine. They were able to get to my house on the same day I called; they were fast, efficient, and went above and beyond what I was even expecting. We had Jesse Escobar come out to repair our bathroom faucet that wouldn’t turn off. Not only did he fix it, he went above and beyond by adjusting it to turn easier (it was resisting before), and adjusted the way it turns after I told him my children struggle to turn it. Before him, we had a different plumber come out who didn’t fix it at all. Jesse got it fixed and perfect for us. We will definitely be using him again for any future plumbing issues!

Start to finish easy peasy! I contacted Pink via email because I was interested in a Halo water purification system. I heard back from Stephanie that same night, it was a weekend mind you, so I was impressed with the responsiveness right off the bat. She and I emailed back and forth and she was very patient answering all of my questions and providing an estimate. I decided to utilize the 0% interest 18-month financing, applied, and set up an appointment for the installation to happen only 2 days later! Lou came on time and went over all of my options. He was thorough and courteous, answering all of my questions and taking my concerns into account. Several hours later, I was set with my whole home water purification system! So easy! Lou was very thoughtful and conscientious of how he installed everything and the logistics of everything. The price was about what I expected. I will definitely call them in the future if I have plumbing needs and will recommend them to my friends. Also my water tastes great!!!
