Best Water Heater Repair in Glendale AZ

We needed to have a water heater replaced, and also a garbage disposal replaced. The two gentlemen were very professional and courteous, and most importantly, they knew what they were doing! We are so happy with their work! We took nice HOT showers last night! And we ran the garbage disposal after dinner too! 😀
We will definitely, DEFINITELY call Aqua Plumbing Services again for any plumbing needs we have in the future!

My review comes strictly from the service I received over the phone. It was an experience that i was intimidated by, being that i don't know too much about unclogging a toilet. Spent about 24hrs with the toilet clogged in my home. After multiple attempts and no success I called Israel's Quality Plumbing. I was greeted by a gentleman that made me feel I was in good hands. One thing I found enjoyable was that, after calling around, Israel's Quality Plumbing did not have a service fee up front to let me know what the problem was. The service they provide would have a flat fee. After speaking with Israel on the phone and him walking me through some helpful tips, so i could attempt to unclogged my toilet myself, IT WAS A SUCCESS! I never felt Israel was looking to make a buck off me. He provided me with quality service by walking me through the clog. Quality is in the name of the business, and he definitely provided me that quality service!

My story: I had been having an intermittent sewage smell at my condo since the day I moved in two years ago. I contacted TriPlumb Plumbing after my mom had used them and David came out the same day to take a look at my issue. After a very thorough search he identified the most likely source of the smells and after two trips to the nearby plumbing store and nearly 2.5 hours of work he finished and there is no longer a gag-inducing sewage smell. I had a shower that wouldn’t turn off at 8:30 at night. I called and they said a tech would call shortly. Casey called me within 5 min. And was there 40 min later. The job was bigger than originally expected but Casey and Jesse came out when they said they would the following day after making sure we could use the water in the rest of the house. They were clean, polite and discussed the job so I could understand what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I felt it was very reasonable and would recommend them to anyone in need. I did some work with Dennis and his company and I must say these people are the most professional friendly is family-owned company that I have ever came into contact with. I never actually enjoy digging a hole in my life but these people made my experience just the best I would prefer anyone to use them on any job that they have and their plumbing needs are in home without a question of doubt

I would like to share my experience with this plumber who I had
the misfortune to hire. He is NOT a licensed plumber. See for yourself,
go see if you can find his name in the AZ Registrar of Contractors.
He was supposed to do a plumbing job for my business, collected the
money, and never completed the job. I filed a complaint with the AZ
Registrar of Contractors; I received a response stating that I had been
victimized, and that they would pursue my case. At the last minute,
the Maricopa County Attorney wrote me a letter deciding that he would
not file criminal charges against this grifter--because there is no likelihood of conviction at trial. After all this, getting my response,
paperwork, going through a police line up, and no prosecution.
No wonder there are so many scammers out there.

unfortunately, our service was very poor. We were referred via our home warranty program. Came out and fixed the problem, but wasnt the actual solution. Then showed up at a different time for follow up and lied saying that he got the ok to come at a different time.
