They told me to take pictures and send it with my address to set up a date and time but they never responded. I try reaching out to them several times but got no answer. Communication with this company is a joke and they don't stand by their word.

Called just to get info. They refused to give me anything over the phone. While I was looking for quality service, he said if you're shopping for best price, it isn't going to be us, and hung up. Great customer service

$25k to dig a hole in my bathroom with the promise the insurance will pay for the majority ofit. For anyone reading, insurance won't cover plumbing repairs, only repairing the damage caused. But regardless, this company is overpriced and your restoration company will call you out.
