Had a shower head leak - I purchased a generic cartridge valve and tried to do it myself to save money. I made the leak worse and was advised never to do generic cartridges replacement parts. They were able to set an appointment to fix the problem - the arrived early; did the work, super clean and thorough. Appreciate the consistency and work Russ. 👊🏼

Yesterday, Labor Day, we realized no hot water. I called Robins and they were at the house in about an hour! We first thought it was a simple fix with the pilot light. But we needed a new hot water heater. (They had installed the one we had over 7 years ago). Joey was amazing. He worked at least 3 hours and voila! Hot water. They were responsive and he was terrific in explaining everything and the why of a new one. Highly recommend.

They were on time and finished their work quickly. They didn't leave any mess behind. $472 for 2 hours of work. I asked for the break down and was told $150 to replace the P-trap, $150 to repipe my outside loop, $120 for parts and the rest in taxes. I explained that I'm fairly certain 1 foot of copper, butane, brazing rod, and a P-trap couldn't total $120 even at 500% markup and I didn't feel bad asking them to come down from $235 an hour. These guys give excellent service but their pricing is high. This was my second experience with Courtesy, my first was for replacing a broken toilet and the pricing seemed reasonable on that occasion. Perhaps it's their flat rate pricing for small easy jobs that seems off.

Wayne did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the hot water heater recirculating pump and valve problem. Also, gave me very valuable advice on my propane gas fireplace. Thank you for the great service Wayne!

We just had our kitchen redone. New cabinets, flooring, appliances, the whole nine. When a couple days into using it we noticed the floor was really warm in a spot. Turns out we had a hot water leak under the floor.

Oh no. We’re going to have to redo the kitchen. Please no.

We called Rivers plumbing as a recommendation and I’m glad we did. They immediately answered all of our questions alleviating a many of our fears. And we’re able to reroute the plumbing with out making a scratch. Like orthoscopic surgery, there were able to make small cuts around the area leaving all of the new construction untouched.

I have used Pridemark Plumbing before and was pleased with the service provided, they were out again today on a clogged kitchen sink, Donald did not disappoint, he was on time, he was neat, and the clog was fixed efficiently with a 6 month guarantee on it being done right.

Greg from big G plumbing did a good job, but ended up breaking the hot water faucet from our bathroom. I called him four days and told him that this was broken, THis was on March 8. I would check to see where the part was and get different date or I don't know when they sent it out. When ask if I could get the part from home depot he said he did not know. He finally got it on April 17th and because he did not like me questioning him on how long it took he sent it back..... First off it is six weeks from when he first came and now still do not have a handle to use hot water.
Instead of calling me to say the part was in, he apparently decided to sent it back. Don't do business with him

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!

I would like to share my experience with this plumber who I had
the misfortune to hire. He is NOT a licensed plumber. See for yourself,
go see if you can find his name in the AZ Registrar of Contractors.
He was supposed to do a plumbing job for my business, collected the
money, and never completed the job. I filed a complaint with the AZ
Registrar of Contractors; I received a response stating that I had been
victimized, and that they would pursue my case. At the last minute,
the Maricopa County Attorney wrote me a letter deciding that he would
not file criminal charges against this grifter--because there is no likelihood of conviction at trial. After all this, getting my response,
paperwork, going through a police line up, and no prosecution.
No wonder there are so many scammers out there.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! MY WATER HEATER WENT OUT. THEY SET ME UP THREE DAYS OUT BETWEEN 7 AND 10 WITH A CALL 30 MINUTES OUT. 10 CAME AND NO CALL NO SHOW. I CONTACTED BOTH CHRISTIAN AND RODNEY. STILL NO CALL NO SHOW. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
