Responded to leaky water heater, gave an instant quote based on size and type of water heater. Removed and replaced within the day, called at 9AM, technician at door at 1:15 PM and job completed at 3:30PM. Really, one can't expect better service.

Pink Plumbing was the only company to respond in a timely, and organized, fashion. Scheduling the estimate and work with Pink has been relatively easy and accurate. They stick to their schedule and reach out quickly if facing any delay. Chris, the owner, talked to me directly to help me understand the full scope of work that had to be done. When I made a mistake on my responsibility for prep, Chris and his crew extended themselves to help me get things right, so they could start the job. Chris has also remained present and available after the job was done, and payment made, to help me review if any of this work is covers or by homeowner's insurance. I will be using Pink for all plumbing jobs, big and small.

I had a Water softener and Reverse Osmosis system installed. He was Amazing! He was prompt and professional and knocked it out a lot quicker than I imagined! Very satisfied with the price and workmanship. I now feel like an, “ I know a guy” type of homeowner! Definitely will go to him for any future plumbing problems or projects. We are so happy we were connected with Roadrunner Plumber to do our slab leak detection. We had previously contacted multiple plumbers with no avail. Not only was Roadrunner Plumber professional and reliable, they were the only ones to explain in detail how slab leaks can happen and what we can do in the future to help prevent them. We were so impressed, we had them come back to do a few other things.

I would like to share my experience with this plumber who I had
the misfortune to hire. He is NOT a licensed plumber. See for yourself,
go see if you can find his name in the AZ Registrar of Contractors.
He was supposed to do a plumbing job for my business, collected the
money, and never completed the job. I filed a complaint with the AZ
Registrar of Contractors; I received a response stating that I had been
victimized, and that they would pursue my case. At the last minute,
the Maricopa County Attorney wrote me a letter deciding that he would
not file criminal charges against this grifter--because there is no likelihood of conviction at trial. After all this, getting my response,
paperwork, going through a police line up, and no prosecution.
No wonder there are so many scammers out there.
