Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. Great friendly service! Best pricing out of all the quotes we received. Responded quickly to my call, set an appointment, quote came that evening and work started a week later! They set up a new outdoor tankless water heater, combined the main house with the guest house, eliminating both a gas and electric water heater. Our attic is horrible and freshly filled with insulation, that didn’t scare them away or cause them to raise prices. I needed a plumber to fix some pipes in my house, and this one came out quickly and did a great job. Since I had frozen pipes, they came out straight away to fix the problem.

I found Tom through a recommendation of a neighbor on the Next Door app. I'm so glad I did! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional,licensed, bonded and insured.
. He did a great job removing my old shower and installing new shower. It was 44 years old as was the plumbing behind it. He replaced all old pipes with nice, solid copper pipe. He dug out the old drain and replaced that. He added wood to studs to anchor the grab bars properly. And he and his helper did it all from 8:30 am to 4 pm in a single day!
I had a small issue , it needed a bit more caulk as it shrank a bit in spots as it dried. Tom came back out the next day and spent 45 minutes finishing caulking and checking drain. He was so nice about it and wanted to make absolutely certain job was done right and I was happy.
I am very satisfied with the quality job Tom did for me and will have him back for other plumbing projects in the future.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

Friday morning my husband arranged thru Home Depot to have Delta Mechanical do a warranty replacement on our water heater. Delta called and would have someone at our house between noon and 3:00 pm Friday. After receiving a text that the tech was on his way, I waited over an hour with no show. I called and was told the truck had problems so not today. The service was then scheduled Saturday morning between 8:00 and 10:00. At 9:15 I called to make sure someone was on the way. Oops. The tech called in sick and no one would be able to come.

I understand truck problems and people getting sick. What I don't get is not receiving a call letting me know. Had I not called back Friday afternoon or Saturday morning I'd still be waiting for someone to show up.

Not the way to provide customer service and make you feel valued.

I will contact Rheem Monday to see if something can be worked out with the warranty thru another Rheem plumber. But I'll eat the warranty credit before I do business with Delta or Home Depot again.
