When Instant Plumbing & Rooter arrived to address my leak I was told that my NuvoH2O system had a crack in it and if I called the company I could get it replaced under warranty. When the replacement arrived a week later, Instant Plumbing came back and quickly installed it. Everything about this company impressed me...it was quick & easy it was to make an appointment, they came to my house the same day, they were on-time for both appointments, and everyone was friendly.
