Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. After Jack left I discovered an unknown prior malfunctioning shower head. I texted Jack and he returned after his next appointment and repaired the shower head better than when it was brand new!
