Tommy was out today to fix issues with our toilet. He was incredibly polite and professional. He took all of the time necessary to answer our questions and address our concerns. He was unlike many other plumbers in that he did not aggressively try to upsell us.

He listened to the issues and then figured out the problem.

Totally WOWED from my first call when it was answered live, to their availability before I was available, to notice of departure to my residence, to on time arrival, to the quick and fairly priced estimate, to a job well done!!! The tech was friendly, professional and courteous. I was extremely impressed that I was given an estimate over the phone upon request (with a range) and advised that it might not be exact if something unexpected is discovered. Fair enough!! Most plumbing companies will refuse to give you an idea of cost, which means you have NO idea what they will charge for something that could be a standard repair or replacement. Other plumbing companies I talked to said if I don't like their price, I will only pay a service charge of $85, for nothing but their arrival and over priced quote!! We were impressed from start to finish!!! We will without doubt use Dignity Plumbing in the future!!

Micheal was so kind, courteous, responsive, and generous with his time. He didn’t just want to do a quick job and run, he took time to ask questions and made sure his job was 100% perfect before leaving. He worked on my toilet and my RO system. As a solo parent of two kids with not much time available for myself let alone to fix all the things that need fixing, I can’t recommend his company enough. He’s not just knowledgeable but he truly cares about those he’s gifted to help.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

For many years, I've relied on the services of a certain local plumber whom I now consider to be the greatest in town. Even when we forget to call him, he still arrives promptly and has little trouble mending the leaks. Not long ago, we had a pipe burst, and he was able to come out and fix it in within an hour. Recently had a very negative experience with this company. Purchased an RO system from Home Depot and this was the sub they sent for the install. A few weeks after install we noticed it was leaking. Turns out it was installed improperly. Decided to return the system, Home Depot assured us they would let delta mechanical know to we would call to have them come retrieve the system and we would be refunded for the install and the product. When we called delta they were unprofessional, rude and uncooperative. They advised they would charge $100 to come and get the unit even though the reason we needed it removed was because of their FAULTY work! Had to deal with Home Depot and they agreed it was not acceptable or in their contract to charge to correct faulty work. Home Depot is having a different more competent contractor remove it at no charge. STAY AWAY from delta mechanical, they are crooks!!

Owner is a unprofessional and rude. Don’t trust this business with your money.
