Best Water Heater Repair in Glendale AZ

They came out within an hour of me calling and unclogged my drain. Advertised a $49 drain and that’s exactly what they charged me. Will definitely be using them again.

Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! Had a clogged drain and a bunch of questions and the teck Eric came out on time and was very friendly. After answering all my questions he also notified me of what is out of code and would need to be fixed before I sell the house which is a big help. Will be using them again.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

What a fine young man! He is very honest and has such a great work ethic! He explains everything as far as cost in detail. He is very thorough and makes sure his customers are 100% satisfied before he leaves. We just can’t say enough good things about Michael.

I’d like to add one more praise: he installed the vanity light in the bathroom where he was working at no cost to us. This was to save my older husband from having to climb a ladder.
