I made an appointment based off the reviews I read on google to have a leaking bathtub faucet looked at and I was so disappointed in the price and service. The service technician was at my house for maybe 5 minutes and wanted $329.00 to replace a moen single handle cartridge. I went to Home Depot and bought one for under $20.00. I would think the company receives even better pricing on moen cartridges buying in bulk. It didn't take that long to replace so I'm not sure where they are getting their labor rates. As far as the service the technician he was not the greatest. I think he was surprised when I said no to having it repaired and wanted to know how much I thought it should cost. When I said around $100 bucks he seemed to find that humorous. As I said before he was there for no more than 5 minutes didn't repair anything or remove anything and still charged me their $65.00 service fee. I would not recommend them unless you have money to burn.

Added a hot water flow pump to the water tank so we don't have to waste water waiting for it to heat up. So professional, courteous, on time. Second time I've used them. These guys are a gem in the world of unscrupulous other businesses. Keep it up Pink Plumbing!

WOW! Well worth it!!! I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. I needed a pre Purchase Home inspection of all of the Plumbing in a 3,860 sq ft home!!

They were on time, very thorough, had some great suggestions for me as well. This company provided me a full report by the end of the day. Their report was easy to read and understand they supplied me with many pictures. That was great! This made things very easy to present to the home SELLER'S my concerns about issues found. The Roadrunner employee's I delt with were very polite and informative. I would use them again and I do highly recommend them. If I'm to ever have a plumbing problem I will call on them first. VERY REASONABLY PRICED!!!
