Hello, I am a house wife and I love to cook. Recently I found my Kitchen Sinks heavily clogged. Its not the first time that It was clogged, but it was really bad this time. I tried to unclogged it myself and cleaned up everything I can, but it was not working. Water was piling up. I had to get some help. I googled Clogged Kitchen Sink repairs under General Repairs. I spoke to few plumbers and finally settle on Peoria Plumbing Pros because they were local and the gentleman was really nice on the phone. He came over later and used a Professional Drain Snake to unclogged my kitchen sinks. It took him about an hour or so. My Kitchen sinks are as good as new. Highly Recommended...

Pete & his partner with Cool Water Plumbing LLC, did a fantastic job installing my new toilet since the old toilet had a crack in it. They were professional and very friendly. Called Rob at Single Source Plumbing & Remodeling for a quote to remodel my guest bathroom, he was at my home within 24hrs, we went over everything I wanted and he offered a very competitive estimate. We accepted and he was able to squeeze our project into his schedule very quickly. Rob and Vince completed our guest bathroom remodel exactly how we had hoped, they were very efficient, cleaned up everyday, and had great friendly attitudes. We were so pleased with the results that we had them come back within a few weeks to do our master bathroom as well!

I was so very impressed with our technician, Shade! The pilot light went out on out hot water heater on a Saturday night. Not only was the entire staff at Benjamin Franklin very responsive, but Shade was professional, competent and went above and beyond. He not only got our heater started, but also taught us how to do this in the future and gave us excellent advice for how to prevent this problem and when to replace our water heater. It is a rare find to have service that is responsive, professional, informative and genuinely interested in our well being!Also, I never post reviews but felt compelled as I have had so many negative experiences in the past.

toilet still flushes very slowly, not much help.

This company was very responsive and went right to work on my drain issue however it was like a bull in a china factory and no regard for the destruction they did. But that was not the major issue. It was and has been getting them to respond to my insurance adjuster and claim they filed on my behalf to settle the claim. When the adjuster calls the office they are told someone will call It’s been almost 2 months and still no response. They got there money immediately. I just want my settlement and be done with it and them. Don’t trust what they say about taking care of the claim

Pridemark Plumbing (Donnie), is professional, courteous and reasonably priced. He actually responds to emails and calls in a very timely manner. He does NOT do any unnecessary work. I do not see myself using anyone else any time soon for my plumbing needs.

We can't thank Sound Plumbing enough! I had called after hours with an emergency & they didn't have anyone at the time but the office manager heard my call, called me back & said she was sending someone out, even if it was 10pm, but within minutes she called back to say Richard was on his way! We have 2 litters of puppies so couldn't be without water, another reason we're so grateful for their quick response to help us. Richard was amazing, knowledgeable & so kind, even offered to come back the following day to make sure everything was OK, free of charge. He got us fixed up in 30 mins & even taught us a couple things to avoid issues in the future. We definitely will use Sound Plumbing in the future if anything arises. Thanks again!
