The young man found our problem right away and fixed it. He was very professional and honest. We will deal with Diamondback Plumbing whenever we have a leak or a drip.

Been working from home so I sometimes will not enter my garage on a daily basis. Well Thursday, July 8, I went into my garage to grab a tool. Saw water on the garage floor. I realized the outlet pipe at the top of the gas hot water heater was leaking. I could not stop it so I turned off the water. The first two plumbers I called were unavailable. So I called American Discount Plumbing based on its high rating and positive reviews.

I spoke to Paul who came out that afternoon even though he was on another job. After reviewing the situation, Paul presented me some options. Given the age of the water heater (at least 5-years old), I decided to replace it. Paul offered me a fair deal including the 40-gallon water heater, and installation labor.

Paul returned Friday morning with the water heater during the time window he had indicated. After a couple of hours in sweltering heat, Paul had the gas hot water heater installed, and running. I am very pleased with Paul's responsiveness, timelines, and professional demeanor. And I got a good, fair deal. I highly recommend American Discount Plumbing.

Bobby Bales from PlumbPerfectAZ is such a great plumber. He recently installed a kitchen faucet, 2 bathroom faucets and 2 toilets for me. He was punctual and very polite. I had a recurring blockage in a branch sewer line in our 50 year old home. Dan and Jake used their camera to locate the problem which was a ball of roots in the line. Then they rooted the line at the blockage and beyond. A followup camera inspection showed that the root ball was 90% or more removed. They then applied Root X to help kill off the remaining roots and inhibit future growth. They explained to me what they were doing and showed me the results with the camera inspection. They were courteous, polite, thoughtful and neat. Both gentlemen were just that...gentlemen. I recommend this company completely.

Update 6/13/19
My branch sewer line once again started having issues. I called Courtesy Plumbing and Dan and Jake came out today. With their camera they determined that the original root problem was not the issue but significantly further down the line they encountered another mass of roots. They rooted the line and pulled out a four foot long bundle of roots. I'll have them come in six weeks to apply Rootx as a preventative measure. Once again Dan and Jake did a great job with genuine courtesy and professionalism.

Brian also replace the pipes under the kitchen sink. Brian was quick to respond. He took care of me plumbing issues the very next day after I contacted him. He was very polite and worked quickly. I would highly recommend Sound Plumbing

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Chris, the owner, was extremely prompt in answering the phone and returning my phone calls. He asked questions and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions as well. They came out the next day, as scheduled, to replace my sewer ejector pump and analyze my sump pump. The guys, Lou and Adam, were professional, friendly, and took time to explain things after the job was complete. I feel very secure with this company and confident that we will be using them again. Very friendly and professional. I had clogged drains in my laundry room. When I called, Michael, he not only told me the base price but also told me the price if they needed to go on the roof for access. They don't do the bait and switch that others may do. They were able to clear the drains using a cool pressure gun thing (at the base price). They even explained the difference between the pressure gun (idk the actual name), a snake and a hydo-pressure cleaning.
My old house pipes are not really adequate for my newer washing machine, but they did not pressure me to upgrade. In fact, they told me how I can adapt until I can afford to re-pipe.
I have a very high regard for people who respect my budget.
They know what they are doing, are honest and give fair proces without any surprises. What more can you send for?
