Gabriel is a wonderful guy who came to help me with a drain issue. It was definitely an emergency with a pipe exposed. He is knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful with resolving the issue. He helped me with info to prevent the issue from happening again and he was very fair. I know I can trust this company because of my experience. I called many plumbers and waited to see which would be the quickest. Gabriel called within 30 min and came to my house 10 min after he called. We can't thank Sound Plumbing enough! I had called after hours with an emergency & they didn't have anyone at the time but the office manager heard my call, called me back & said she was sending someone out, even if it was 10pm, but within minutes she called back to say Richard was on his way! We have 2 litters of puppies so couldn't be without water, another reason we're so grateful for their quick response to help us. Richard was amazing, knowledgeable & so kind, even offered to come back the following day to make sure everything was OK, free of charge. He got us fixed up in 30 mins & even taught us a couple things to avoid issues in the future. We definitely will use Sound Plumbing in the future if anything arises. Thanks again!

Miles is a super hero! He came to our rescue when I called early Saturday morning because every drain in my guest bathroom was backed up and over flowing, it was disgusting!! I didn’t know what to do myself and honestly if I did, I would have a called anyhow! He was fast to respond fixed whatever my issue was ( main drain clogged and shower).
