Best Tankless Water Heater in Glendale AZ

Another plumbing need (slow kitchen drain), another call to Christian Brothers. Upon arrival, their technician, Santiago Ortiz, inspected the problem area, and provided me with a reasonable estimate; so he proceeded to clear out the drain clog. These are my to-go guys for same day service. Thank you Christian Brothers!!!

I was changing my toilet to a new one, the on/off water valve snapped off and started leaking bad I called other plumbers but they couldn't get to it until the next day then I called phay plumbing and within 30 minutes he was at my house fixing it and the entire time he was talking my through what he was doing and even found other problems I had. He ended up having to replace the valve, a flange that was extremely old and even installing the new toilet for free.

Eddy was on time and very informative. Completed the task efficiently while explaining what he was doing. Suggested another repair we needed to do in the future and I will definitely call Robins Plumbing

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Toilet was flushing slow and needed my sewer line scoped. Had a reference to call Reddi services and ask for Brent Sanderson. Very happy Brent showed up fixed problems would highly recommend him and Reddi Services for there honesty. Thanks

There was a lot of ruckus at my home when he arrived, but he stayed professional and very patient! He is very informative and so personable. I will not be calling anyone else for my electrical needs! The company was great at scheduling to get my water heater installed ASAP. The two plumbers who installed my water heater were very professional and kept me informed of every step. They made sure everything was done properly and correctly, and gave me great tips to keep the best life of my new water heater. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Friday morning my husband arranged thru Home Depot to have Delta Mechanical do a warranty replacement on our water heater. Delta called and would have someone at our house between noon and 3:00 pm Friday. After receiving a text that the tech was on his way, I waited over an hour with no show. I called and was told the truck had problems so not today. The service was then scheduled Saturday morning between 8:00 and 10:00. At 9:15 I called to make sure someone was on the way. Oops. The tech called in sick and no one would be able to come.

I understand truck problems and people getting sick. What I don't get is not receiving a call letting me know. Had I not called back Friday afternoon or Saturday morning I'd still be waiting for someone to show up.

Not the way to provide customer service and make you feel valued.

I will contact Rheem Monday to see if something can be worked out with the warranty thru another Rheem plumber. But I'll eat the warranty credit before I do business with Delta or Home Depot again.

Owner is a unprofessional and rude. Don’t trust this business with your money.
