Very happy with the service. Roland was very personable and professional. We had a few other plumbing companies come out to try and survey our situation and they either couldn’t figure out what was needed to solve the issue or gave us outrageous quotes. Roland was very knowledgeable, honest, and fast. He gave us a fair quote and was able to come out and get the problem fixed within a few hours. Havn’t experienced any more issues since. Very impressed with everything Bumble Bee Plumbing provided. Top notch service and 2 days before Christmas a major holiday they made sure the water heater problem at a rental property was taken care. I called them around 11 a.m., water heater leaking all over garage the Tenant said! I go to property sure enough water everywhere, nightmare scenario! 2003 old water heater needed to go! 2 days before Christmas 2022! Couldn’t be happening at a worst time! Long story short, SAME DAY SERVICE! By 4 p.m. THE JOB WAS DONE! New water heater installed, they cleaned up the garage around the water heater and everything was brand new and hooked up perfectly. This was a rental property and Tenants had to have warm water running with no delayI I REPEAT: SAME DAY SERVICE! Bumble Bee Plumbing will do whatever they can to get you scheduled into their busy day. I was blown away SAME DAY SERVICE! I really had no other options because rental property has to be habitable 24/7/365! The technician is top tier PRO! Very impressed with his communication skills and his installation of water heater. He performed a perfect job! Even I got a little heated about pricing the technician kept his cool! Because of that you I had to give the job to Bumble Bee. Now if the technician would have been combative in any way then I would have gone with another company. The technician is extremely knowledgeable pertaining to water heater installation and removal. Also all the ladies in the office and answering phones did a phenomenal job as well. Bumble Bee Plumbing business clearly has a very special group of professionals working together. I am completely disgusted with the treatment I received from the service technician, Aaron Barraza. He and his co-worker arrived to my home and gave me a quick run down on what needed to be done and the costs of the repairs. During that conversation they explained to me that I would be signed up for a Service Partner Plan that would give me a discount of 15%- it was never disclosed that this plan costs $100 in addition to the services they would provide or else it would cost me an additional $252. Upon completion of the work Aaron and his co-worker called me to collect payment and gave them my debit card over the phone. I asked them to explain the Service Partner Plan once more and asked if I would need to contact Christian Brothers next year to have them come out and do the yearly maintenance the plan came with or if Christian Brothers would call me directly. I asked if this plan had a cost and Aaron said it's basically free. I told him that basically free and free and two totally different things and he then he finally disclosed it costs $100 above and beyond the cost of my bill. I explained that when upselling customers it's important to be transparent before adding additional fees to a person's bill. He told me I should have asked before he charged my card. I said I was going to call the main office to sort out these charges and he told me he doesn't want to deal with that and he'd take the $100 plan off and also give me $100 off my bill. This seemed completely shady and I wasn't comfortable conducting business any further with the two of them. I could tell that the two employees were frustrated I had so many questions and concerns but I wanted to make sure I fully understood the plan and charges to my card. Aaron thought he muted the phone and went on to say to his co-worker I hate dealing with people like this, they're so f#cking annoying. I believe he thought he placed the phone on mute and when I repeated back to him what I heard he acknowledged saying it and laughed. I heard about Christian Brother's through word of mouth and I'm so disappointed that this is who I chose to spend my hard earned money with. This is completely unacceptable and I'm waiting to hear back from a supervisor on this matter.

Jeremy was super. He explained all issues and installed both items efficiently. He was super neat and hauled away all debris. Would definitely recommend.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

I am very thankful for Michael Phay with Phay Plumbing. He called me back within minutes after I reached out and his knowledge was immediately evident. He was able to make an assessment from the pictures I sent him and fit me in the same day , it was late evening so it seems to me this was above and beyond. When I worked with previous plumbing companies I have had to wait days to get help so talk about being prompt! My issue was related to a dishwasher not draining. He quickly diagnosed the issue in the drain tube and walked my husband through the process as he did it so if it happens again we can fix it ourselves. While this is not necessarily an emergency with two toddlers, it was really great to get our dishwasher back with our busy family! We used a previous chain company for a similar issue and it was not a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Phay Plumbing and will 100% using them again if the need arises.

Anyone may count on my endorsement of this company. Their service is fantastic, and they provide high-quality results at reasonable prices. I have relied on them for years, and I wouldn't consider hiring anybody else to fix my pipes.

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Autumn was so helpful and understanding. She took the time to understand my whole situation and helped me avoid any costy fees by fixing my sink her first trip out! I will be using her for the remainder of my plumbing issues and you should too!

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!
