5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

WOW! This is one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tom was on time and is great at explaining what my issues were that day. I was out of Hot water for two days before I found Tom's company and that day he came out and was able to have the job completed within 2 hours!! This is a truly amazing company. I also loved that he cleaned up any mess that was made not leaving it to me. It's almost as if he wasn't here! Except I have a brand new water heater.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

The Plumber Guy has handled all of our plumbing needs for over 10 years now. Carlin was the most recent tech that installed some new faucets in our kitchen and guest bath and was very courteous, prompt and made sure we were happy with the installs before leaving. No need to search a ton of websites looking for a plumbing contractor any longer. Save yourself some time and grief by just contacting the Plumber Guy first.

Very happy to get same day service, since having a jammed sewer line is a bit of an emergency. The guy brought everything he needed and got right at it, in 108 degree heat. I don't know how anybody can do that. He was also a very congenial person; even my Pit Bull Chloe liked him, and he actually petted her, which really deserved a tip, which I forgot. Amazingly quick! Efficient! Helpful! Can’t say enough good things about this company. Went out of their way to give me advice on the plan of action with replacing my dryer after they diagnosed it with a bad motor.
