Found a major water leak under our manufactured home, called Courtesy Manufactured home plumbing. Spoke with Jerry and afterwards decided to have the 35 year old galvanized pipe replaced in the entire home. The job was completed in a neat and professional manner in one day. The price was very good and Jerry stands behind his work, he returned to replace on small fitting that was not seating. I recommend Courtesy to all manufacted home owners for price and quality. I needed some General Plumbing Repair, my faucet in the restroom was leaking lots of water. I google plumbing repair on the phone and called the top 3, left voicemails. Peoria Plumbing Pros called me back right away and they sent someone over within an hour. The Plumber that came by my house was very courteous and professional. He fixed my faucet fairly quick and the price was reasonable too. Highly Recommended, I would use them again.

Rob and his team have taken care of numerous issues in our houses. We have had issues from old toilets to old plumbing leaks, rusted fixtures replaced and new water softener system installed. Rob had to go through walls to repair and old rusted out bathroom shower plumbing. He repaired the plumbing and returned the wall to its original look. I hired Ben Franklin Plumbing to install a tankless hot water heater and an outdoor hose bib, and they did a fantastic job, answered my questions about the product, and assured me if I needed anything in the future, they’d be a phone call away. I felt as though I was in good hands. Very transparent about their services and time, and were communicative about needing to turn on/off specific utilities so as not to inconvenience anyone in the house.

My wife called Pavel and he came over right away. He told her what was wrong and the price to fix it. I called my home warranty and it wasn’t covered so he was able to start right away. I was happy he came out so fast the day after Christmas to stop the leaking water.

Didn't feel as though unclogging ONE kitchen drain was worth $1100....... when they advertise $49.00...they did nothing more than stick a hose to unclog....it was workers who didn't know how to use the new machine that was time consuming. The guys were very nice and apologetic ...the boss man acme out and tried to UPSELL me into a new drain outlet to the tune of $2200......and not to mention they never looked for th outside drain under rock...I would never refer them!

Pink is my go to plumbing company. They are probably the only vendors I look forward to coming over and I can't speak highly enough of them. But here I'll try, they are always responsive, professional, and personable. Lou and Adam are great people who do great work. They are the only ones that come by my house. And they have done so much work for me, I should build a guest house to set them up in! Their work is exceptional and they put up with my, probably excessive amount of, questions. They always clean up after themselves too. I just took it for granted. However during a recent remodel I've had problems with other contractors messing everything up. And having to yell or followup with their boss just to get them to cleanup. They are so thorough and energetic. Even when Lou was working on my extractor pump, the very first time I met him, he was responding to questions and laughing at my attempts at humor. If you know what an extractor pump deals with you'll understand that repair isn't a positive experience. But he was just working away being pleasant.

Very professional and affordable. Was able to come out and resolve our issue quickly.
