Frank was sent out a couple times to the house I'm renting. The first time he replaced a water heater and softener after the water softener released brown resin in the water. He and one other guy replaced the two tanks in under 4 hours. They were both very nice and always let us know when the water would be off or when a lot of noise was going to happen. Frank also replaced a pressure regulator valve that was banging every morning and would wake me up. He fixed it in no time. There's been no issues since. Frank is a great guy and a great plumber. Would definitely recommend him!

I had a leak coming from the outside of my house. I googled the best plumbing companies in my area and came across Reddi Services and couldn't have been more thankful. I was able to call and get someone out same day to assess the situation. The rep they sent out his name was Gerald Schulz. He is a pros pro and I couldn't again have been more thankful for an honest and very knowledgeable person. He was able to quickly identify the issue...and even before that he gave us worse case scenario of the situation. He explained everything perfectly as far as the next steps. He made this unfortunate situation for myself as a homeowner a little better considering what will have to be done to get it fixed just by his customer service and positive attitude. Found a major water leak under our manufactured home, called Courtesy Manufactured home plumbing. Spoke with Jerry and afterwards decided to have the 35 year old galvanized pipe replaced in the entire home. The job was completed in a neat and professional manner in one day. The price was very good and Jerry stands behind his work, he returned to replace on small fitting that was not seating. I recommend Courtesy to all manufacted home owners for price and quality. I live in an older house with my family and we had a bad experience over the weekend. Both of our Toilets were clogged at almost the same time in the middle of the night. We tried our plunger from 99 cent store, but it was not working at all. We had no working Toiets in the house. So I took out my phone and started googling 24hr Emergency Repairs Plumbers. This was in the middle of the night and our toilets had been clogged for a while. I called about 4 peoria plumbers, couple of them answered the phone. One was too pricey, he said because its Emergency repairs and its late. The other one was reasonable and very professional. Shade Adkins, the plumbing specialist was Great. He wore his mask, and had on shoe covers. He flushed our waterless tank. Checked all our bathroom plumbing & kitchen plumbing. Cleaned up everything, then explained everything he did. OUTSTANDING Service.

Didn't feel as though unclogging ONE kitchen drain was worth $1100....... when they advertise $49.00...they did nothing more than stick a hose to unclog....it was workers who didn't know how to use the new machine that was time consuming. The guys were very nice and apologetic ...the boss man acme out and tried to UPSELL me into a new drain outlet to the tune of $2200......and not to mention they never looked for th outside drain under rock...I would never refer them!
