Orlando came out in the middle of the night on a Saturday all the way across the valley to fix my leaking pipe! He was amazing and I couldn't have called a more amazing plumber. Stefan installed a tankless unit for us when he worked for another company. He was the BEST aspect of dealing with that company. Just called Simba (Stefan's own Company) to come out and troubleshoot an issue for us with the tankless. He came the same day and did not charge us a fee for doing so. We loved working with him, and feel confidant that he knows what he is doing and is very professional.

We recently went to visit a friend Who lives in Peoria AZ. It was a very nice city kind of like Surprise AZ. I love the atmosphere of the whole city. We stayed at our friends house of few days.
While we were there, the toilets got clogged. so we were using the toilet in the master bedroom. Then it got clogged too. :(. My friend look up Peoria Plumbing on her smart phone and called the top 5 there, left Voicemails. Peoria Plumbing Pros called back right away and they were at the house within an hour because they were local. They were very professional and courteous. Both guys had face mask on the whole time and keep a 6ft distance. They got both Toilets fixed fairly quick and their provided excellent value. Rob and his team have taken care of numerous issues in our houses. We have had issues from old toilets to old plumbing leaks, rusted fixtures replaced and new water softener system installed. I spoke to David on the phone about installing a reverse osmosis system. He was honest and gave me upfront pricing. He installed a unit I purchased on my own. He was quick and professional. Overall nice guy. I would recommend him for any plumbing issues. He installed our RO with no problem.

Our water heater was due to be drained and inspected. Also, it was time for our water softener sediment filter to be replaced. Anthony Potts was dispatched and, while inspecting our softener system, he stated that, based on its age, our carbon filter should be changed, too. He was very thorough in explaining the workings of our softener system and how changing the carbon filter was crucial to protecting the actual resin softening of the water softening unit. Since the filter had never been recharged in the six years since the system was installed, we agreed. Anthony took the time to test the water for chlorine to ensure that the resin had not been compromised to the point of also needing to be replaced. He subsequently reported that the chlorine levels were still at a good level and nothing further was needed.While he was there, I mentioned that we had been hearing hammering sounds in the wall of one of our bathrooms, occurring when either the toilet or faucet was used elsewhere in our home. Anthony posited that the pressure release valve might be to blame. Upon investigation of our front yard PRV, Anthony noted that the pressure on the valve was set too high for our locality, which could explain the noises we heard. He stated that the city could increase water pressure at times without our knowledge and if the combination of city water pressure and PRV pressure load were set too high, the stresses created could ultimately damage the pipes within the walls of the house. After Anthony replaced the valve with a new adjustable version, we have not heard any more noises! Anthony was very professional. courteous, and polite. Would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (and Anthony Potts) for your next plumbing job!

Assigned to Big G through our home warranty company after the first contractor had a machine break and couldn't finish the job. The owner got to our place the same day and went above and beyond to fix our plumbing issue. Because of the issue with the original contractor and then a dispute with the home warranty company, my wife and I had been without use of our kitchen sink, dishwasher and washer/dryer for over two (2) weeks.
