Eric and James were extremely professional and showed up earlier than expected, wearing PPE. They serviced my water heater (water heater flush). Eric replaced the external pressure regulator valve. James replaced four emergency shut off valves that had locked up and were inoperable. He explained how I can maintain all the valves in my house from now on to keep them from needing to be replaced in the future. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with technicians coming to my house! I highly recommend Plumbing Master’s (specifically Eric and James!!!) to anyone that needs work done, and I will definitely be using them going forward. Alex & Son Plumbing Services recently handled the plumbing work for my bathroom renovation, and the results were nothing short of impressive. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations.

I needed to have all the fixtures in 3 tub/showers replaced (old stuff was builder grade junk that had been in the house since built..time to upgrade). The 2 spare rooms were quick and easy with some soldering needed. The master, however, was a nightmare. The previous owners tried repairs on their own which included gluing in a broken screw. The plumber had to rig a pullling system to get the cartridge out. He did not give up and leave us with a half completed job. We are thrilled with the results and the quality of the work. Will, absolutely use them again. You get what you pay for people.

Skylar came out to fix a leaking gate valve and spigot. He was able to come out quickly, did a great job and was very affordable. I got quotes from 4 different companies and not only was Skylar the most affordable but the one I trusted the most.

Had an under slab water line burst. Called Tyson and he explained how to shut my water off over the phone. Came out that day. Capped off the bad line and restored water to the rest of our house. Came back the next day and rerouted the water line through the attic with minimal dry wall damage. Very clean, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I have used them several times since then. Only plumber I will ever call. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.
